RENT GL STRANDs MIRROR HALL OR SALEN FOR YOUR NEXT MEETING, COMPANY DINNER OR RECEPTION

Host your company meeting or reception at GL STRAND in the heart of the old Copenhagen. It’s a perfect opportunity to give your guests a view over the historic city with the Canals, Thorvaldsens Museum, Slotskirken and the roofs and spires of the city – and at the same time be surrounded by the newest contemporary art.

THE MIRROR HALL
The new MIRROR HALL would be the perfect setting for parties, receptions and meetings for up to 100 persons. THE MIRROR HALL has a long history and has been everything from a cigar-factory to a ballet hall and has recently been restored with great respect for the original characteristics. The beautiful room with the Hammershøi-inspired windows has been decorated by the Danish artist Erik A. Frandsen. Flower motives are engraved in mirror-like steel plates which reflect the daylight form the courtyard outside and the light from the three colorful neon-chandeliers also made by Erik A. Frandsen.

SALEN is a unique and unconventional meeting room with space for reflection both in the encounter with the art, each other and the topics of the meeting in a new way. In THE HALL the art involves the whole room and everyone who uses it. THE HALL can be pre-booked for use as: a meeting room, for workshops, lectures, courses and special events. We are happy to offer creative assistance about the planning of your meeting

All day events from 9am to 5pm
Rent/hiring the Banquet Hall all day (room for 80 seating /140 standing)….11.500 kr.
Rent the Hall all day (room for 16 seating/35 standing)……………………. ..4.500 kr. Suggestions to food and drink per person for an all day event…………………………395 kr.

Half-day event from 9am to 1pm or from 1pm to 5pm
Rent/hiring the Banquet Hall half-day (room for 80 seating /140 standing)….6.800 kr.
Rent the Hall half-day (room for 16 seating/35 standing)……………………. 3.200 kr. Suggestions to food and drink per person for a half-day event…………………. …….345 kr.

Additional options
Short evening-event at the Mirror Hall 5pm to 8pm……………………… 5.000 kr.
